FOR THE LOVE OF FLOWERS

Melinda has always had a deep love of horses. She was fortunate to attend a small college from 1983 to 1987 and graduated with a B.A. degree in art and political science. In addition to Findlay College, she also attended workshops at Arrowmont School of Crafts. "I enjoy working with clay, a very natural substance, and fire, a very exciting and unpredictable energy, to create works that pay homage to a very beautiful subject matter that, like fire, can also be very unpredictable in its beauty and energy."
