Kentucky Art Car Weekend 2003 Schedule of Events
Friday August 8th 4:00-9:00pm-Welcome Art Cars!! Reception hosted by Kentucky Museum of Arts + Design, at it's ne location, 715 West Main Street . Cars will be parked along Main Street. Come meet the artists and see the cars close-up, while listening to some of Louisville's finest bands! Saturday August 9th 9:00am-11:30am Art Car Workshop. Details to follow. 12:00 pm gather out side of Kentucky Museum of Arts + Design, and along Bardstown Road to see the 2003 Kentucky Art Car Parade!!! 1:00pm-3:00pm Art Car Festival at Mid-City Mall parking lot. See the cars close up, meet the artists, shop for one-of-a kind works by the art car artists.
