This elegant event features an original menu created just for you by The Brown Hotel Executive Chef Laurent Geroli. This year's menu includes:

Appetizer: eggplant caviar served on roasted zucchini slice and sliced beef and tomato on baguette

Salad: Arugula and Baby Spinach with Blue Cheese, Fresh Raspberries and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Entrée: Breast of Chicken with Macadamia Nut and Kumquat Crust, served with Haricot Verts and Cherry Tomatoes, with a Sweet Chili Merlot Sauce

 

Dessert: Dessert Trio of Strawberry Napoleon, Chocolate Espresso Cup, and Woodford Reserve Cheesecake with Chocolate Chantilly

 

 The event also includes a fabulous silent auction, include many original equestrian paintings, and a spectacular display and sale of unique hats and contemporary Kentucky crafts.
